BOOKING & TRAVEL POLICY
Travel & Location
I currently cover Manchester and surrounding areas only and do not travel beyond this region.
Clients who are happy to travel to my home studio are always welcome, either to save on travel charges or if their area is outside my coverage.
Bridal & Party Henna
Bridal henna appointments typically take between 6–14 hours, depending on the chosen designs and their complexity.
I do not travel for party henna bookings.
All party henna appointments take place at my home studio and are limited to a maximum of 5–6 people, depending on the designs chosen.
Travel is available only for heavy bridal henna bookings.
RESCHEDULING & CHANGES
Rescheduling or Postponing Appointments
Clients wishing to reschedule or postpone their appointment must provide a minimum of four weeks’ notice prior to the scheduled date.
Requests made with less than four weeks’ notice will incur a £100 short-notice change fee, which must be paid before a new appointment can be confirmed.
If I am unable to accommodate the requested new date due to scheduling constraints, the deposit will remain non-refundable, as the change was initiated by the client.
APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Arrival Time
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Arrivals
A late fee of £5 for every 10 minutes past your appointment time will apply.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. This policy ensures fairness for both myself and my next client.
Missed Appointments
If you wish to rebook after a missed appointment, the original late fee will be added to the deposit required for your new booking.
These policies apply to both studio and mobile bookings.
