Deposit Requirement

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Pricing

All prices are fixed unless stated otherwise during a special promotion.
Please note that bargaining is not accepted.

My pricing reflects the time, skill, experience, and preparation involved in delivering high-quality henna services.

Refund Policy

Deposits are strictly non-refundable in cases of cancellation or failure to comply with the booking terms.

A full refund will only be issued if I am required to cancel the booking myself.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full:

• Upon my arrival at the client’s location before the booking begins, or

• Upon the client’s arrival at my studio before the booking begins

Failure or refusal to complete payment will result in the booking being cancelled, with no refund of the deposit.
